Due to business expansion for the fiscal year 2026, We, GIA NGUYEN LOGISTICS is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions

POSITION:SALES EXECUTIVE – Number of vacancies: 06.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Contact customers to provide quotations and introduce logistics services of the company, including international freight brokerage, domestic transportation, customs brokerage, and other related freight forwarding services.

  • Search for, build, and develop a stable and long-term customer base.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales positions in logistics companies.

  • Strong sales skills, high sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and passion for sales.

  • Good English communication skills are an advantage.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • Starting salary: VND 12–15 million/month (depending on ability and experience), plus monthly bonus of up to 30% for exceeding sales targets and annual bonus (details to be discussed during the interview).
  • Year-end bonus policy: Based on 2.5% of the total net profit of the sales department at the end of each fiscal year.
  • No KPI applied during the first 6 months.
  • Full support with cost prices from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, domestic trucking companies, etc., along with support from experienced customer service, documentation, and logistics teams.
  • Customer data provided to facilitate quotation activities..
  • Full reimbursement of travel and client entertainment expenses.
  • New customer bonus: VND 1,000,000 per new customer.
  • Personal incentive bonuses on special occasions such as International Women’s Day (Mar 8), Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day, April 30 & May 1 Holidays, National Day (Sep 2), Vietnamese Women’s Day (Oct 20), Mid-Autumn Festival, New Year, Lunar New Year, Company Anniversary, 13th-month salary, and performance-based bonuses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Annual travel allowance: VND 10,000,000 – 12,000,000, paid in cash or used for domestic and overseas company trips.
  • Birthday allowance: VND 1,000,000/year. Lunch allowance: VND 250,000/month.
  • Annual leave: 12 days per year after completing 1 year of service.
  • Public holidays: In accordance with current State regulations and the Labor Law.

WORKING TIME:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 12:00 & 13:30 – 17:30

  • Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
